Anyone can help: Fund raising for "50.000 Hopes (Romanian) Campaign"

It is a campaign made to raise funds to be eligible for European Union funding for the only National Rehabilitation and Recovery Center in Constanta city, Romania.
The footage in the link below mentions that there are 80.000 children with deficiencies in Romania and more than 50.000 of them are very severe. The parents who started this NGO and this campaign are parents having and fighting for such children. Anyone can help.
Every 20 USD donation brings you a unique T-shirt, having a unique number, and your name in the Book of Gratitude that is part of their site and will be part of the center, and brings them closer to being eligible for having their project co-funded by EU fund. They need to have 1 million USD to start the project. The whole investment will cost 7 million EUROs.
The campaign has th Romanian Red Cross as partner.

Right now ROmanian parents of children with special needs need a lot of money to take their children outside ROmania to recovery and treatments. Few of them really can afford it. This NGO is meant to help parents in this respect. THere are very good recovery centers in Ukraine and other European countries.

You got it, Andrea!

Good luck to this project!

How I wish that all the kids in this world were healthy, or at least had an access to adequate Health Care!

I’m not part of that ngo but have talked with one of the parents involved. As the girls here on this part of BK forum know, these parents are heroes for how they fight for their children.

I wish too that all our kids were healthy, but…

Here’s a video presentation of the foundation:

700 USD came from Australia! Way to go Australians!

I’m not sure how involved you are with the project, but through the grey FOUNDATION tab above, the organization can apply for BrillKids software grants through EEECF to use in their new facility or other currently existing centers. As many parents on these boards discover, when children blossom on one way, such as reading, it can help them blossom in other ways, too
It would be a great project to support, and they can apply directly through the website. Similarly, the parents of the children enrolled can visit the site in regards to individual home sponsorship. Many blessings to all involved and I hope all of the funding comes quickly and easily!

Thank you, TMT, I’ve just send your message further to them. I’m just the info-spreading person, but I keep contact to one of the founders.
