i’m just planning to get alphamusic too . suggstions would really help me!! and has anybody ordered from babyworld.com.sg ? they have good flash cards based on glenn doman and shichida, i’m new to visit the site too… any sugestions on the quality of their cards?

I used the innertalk (second link above) alpha wave music for myself (way before i got pregnant) due to the tremendous stress & extreme working environment (unable to sleep, mild depression blahblah bla)…

Found out about alpha music when I was browsing at a local book store. Innertalk is available at major bookstores here…so I read the brochure, testimonials… and bought it straight away. (desperate for help! )

I do believe it helped me to be more calm…
Now i used it for my baby … & I can sense that he enjoys it :slight_smile:

btw, innertalk has a huge library of titles to choose from… i think the only difference in theirs CDs are the positive affirmations embeded in each title… one complain for them is that they are not cheap :frowning:

Hi,

I have a doubt regarding alpha wave. When can I play alpha wave music for my child.
My friend had given me a music album titled “drifted into deeper lands - alpha wave movement” It this an alpha wave music. Can I use this?
