Is it a bad idea to continue quantity teaching to my son while he’s taking an abacus class? would it confuse him?
I have no idea to teach abacus so i was thinking I can go on teaching quantity but then it may confuse him.
Any one got any experience on this?
I cannot see how it would be a bad idea. if anything, it’d be great. However, the abacus classes I know only start when kids are age of 4 or 5.
I think the abacus class would reinforce quantity recognition. Your post actually gave me an idea for my kid! Thanks!
