Thanks Chris! I’ve followed this thread for some time now and this topic is getting my attention. Slinky video and stick video were especially interesting and I’ve talked about these videos with kids on our neighborhood!

Some of the topics make me feel like an ignorant person. I’m still confused how I missed the light bulb lighting answer in high school. I’m glad I can fill in the blanks while collecting early learning materials for my baby boy

Hi Kristiina. It is good to hear that you have enjoyed these videos. The stick that does not dip surprises most people. It’s always enjoyable to learn new things!

Thank you Chris! It took me while to watch these with baby hanging on my lap  but now I’m through! I just love this kind of practical scientific exercises and plan to try these out with our LO as soon as he is a bit older to understand the idea. You are the best!

Very nice, Chris, thank you!

Loved the balancing ballerina one!

It’s only a theory!

A theory is an explanation of an observed phenomenon, while a law is a description of an observed phenomenon.
Chris.

Thanks for posting these videos. I look forward to watching them and saving them for future reference for our daughter. My wife and I hope that our daughter loves math and science as much as we do, so we are beginning to collect materials for her.
